Problem

After installing Onweb Server 7.5 and trying to launch it, a message saying your request cannot be processed due to Onweb license key restrictions message is seen

Resolution

The wrong license key has been used.

If a license key for an earlier version of Onweb is used, it will not be recognised as a valid license key.

For example is a license key for Onweb 7.2 is used for version 7.5.

Contact your account manager or sales representative for a correct license key.
