The Micro Focus OnWeb Web-to-Host Server 6.9.4 Session Configuration Manager (SCM/Setup Wizard) is located in the Start Menu.

This allows you to create new sessions, open existing sessions, or upgrade sessions from a previous version using the convert option.   When you select this application for the first time it will prompt you to choose a browser and load the SCM/Setup Wizard.   It will then remember the browser you have associated with the SCM/Setup Wizard on subsequent launch.
