Hi. Newbie here so please forgive me if this has come up before and a resolution provided. I have a user who, whenever she copies text from a text file and attempts to paste into the Rumba window of an active Telnet session the application (Rumba 9.1) crashes. Any idea on how to resolve this?

Hi dovik,
Unfortunately Rumba 9.1 is out of Service, support services beyond the ‘End of Service’ date are only available for selected products via individual extended care agreements.
You should contact support or sales to evaluate your options. Ideally you should upgrade to a fully supported version, the current release is RUMBA 9.4.1
In terms of workaround, you could use a RUMBA script to read the contents of the clipboard and programatically write the contents to the screen.
