Verified to make sure she was using the correct connection method in the connection settings which should be network.
Made sure the network connection type was set to secure shell.
Verified the host name/ IP address.
After verifying that the connection settings were correct, uninstalled and reinstalled it on customer's computer, but the error still occurs anytime she gets timed out and tries to connect to the host again her reflection workspace is frozen and the only way to get out of it is by using task manager to force it to stop.

Hi Simon,

It might be best in this case to open a support ticket and work with a support engineer to determine if there is a way to configure or update Reflection Workspace so that it would more gracefully handle the host timeout.
