Rumba 10.1 is not officially supported with Windows Server 2022.  Our current version, Rumba 10.2, is supported with Windows Server 2022.

We suggest upgrading to the current version, and if the problem persists please open a case with Technical Support. A review of installed pre requisites, any information from the Event Viewer and additional diagnostics like process monitor may be needed to identify why the session is not launching.
