Problem:
Resolution:
A feature called Spell Checking has been incorporated in Rumba 8.2. This new feature lets a user perform dynamic spell checking of host screen content and user text entry. Users can change the default dictionary language, as well as add a custom dictionary. A custom dictionary can be created by performing the following steps:
Now launch Rumba Mainframe Display session.
Click on Options -> Rumba options -> Spell Check and click on the “Browse” button
Select the file that you just created (Rumba_dictionary.dic) and press ok.
Now type a customized spelling of a word or name on an editable field. You will notice a squiggly line will appear under the word indicating the spelling is wrong.
Highlight and right click on the word and select the option “add to custom dictionary” option.
Now open Rumba_dictionary.dic file. Notice the word is added to the file.
