Is Rumba 9.5 supportet under Windows Server 2016?

Under Windows Server 2012 can i install Rumba 9.5 without Problems

Unter 2016 come a not thet Rumba Need C 2013 Runtime, but it was installed on the Server!...

Have anyone an idea?

Hi,
can you try to install Rumba in command line with passing VCREDIST_FOUND parameter.
e.g:
Rumba_Office.exe /v"VCREDIST_FOUND="Yes"
This should skip the VCRedist 2013 check and install Rumba without it.

After the Intsall on Windows 2016 i become when i start Rumba this Error:

 

Error:Index was outside the bounds of the Array

If Terminal Services is not turned off, PrivateDir does not get interpreted and the registry entry is invalid. As a workaround, you can set the PrivateDir registry key manually. However, after installation, you should verify that the value in the registry key is correct.
Please review your registry entry.

The Installation will not made any changes...

for example (See the Picture)

I will all files have under D:\\APPS\\MicroFocus\\...

With this ths Regestry was empty on the lines that you send me...

As described before you need to make the changes manually after the setup.
This is a known issue described in the "Rumba 9.5 SP1 Readme.pdf" document under the chapter "Known Issues".
Make sure you enter your path (D:\\APPS\\...) manually into the registry after the installation.

ok, but if the install will give you the right to do that, then the Installation must do it self...
So it is a BUG in the Installation and then there is a way to go manuell Forward...
