When attempting to download certain files from the iSeries to the personal computer an error message is encountered.  This is most likely to occur with files that contain a large number of records. The message says “AS400FTX MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.”  The file transfer application will then close.

This issue has been fixed in Rumba 8.0 hotfix 6686.  Please contact your Micro Focus Supportline representative to obtain this fix.
