What is the Difference Between Rumba Desktop Web -To- Host and Reflection ZFE ?
Please explain me in details about these two products.
#Reflection#ZFE#HostAccessCloudVaibhavGolase,
Thank you for your inquiry. There are many differences between the two offerings. Most fundamentally, Web-to-Host requires Java on the client, while RZFE is HTML5 and does not require Java on the desktop. Here are the links to the documentation for the two products.

can we able to pass parameters from our DotNet or JavaScript application into Reflection ZFE? is it possible to send data to AS/400 Mainframe system through our dotnet application and intermediate as Reflection ZFE to AS/400 server?

VaibhavGolase,
I don't want to confuse you by adding another Micro Focus solution to your list, but the processes your are describing in your latest comment might be better suited for a product like
Verastream Host Integrator which allows you to connect your .NET and Java applications directly to the host. If you don't need an mainframe emulation screen for a user for these application, this would be a faster and more direct solution.
Thanks,
Jeff

For one of our upcomming projects, we have below requirement and would really appriciate any recomendations w.r.t. toolset we can use.
We currently have an Web Application developed in Siebel; on some action it opens an .Net Windows Application which has several sub-forms that
connect and display mainframe/AS400 system using Rumba 8.0 through ActiveX components.
On various actions of the WebApplication; related details are shown in the mainframe/AS400 system via.Rumba.
We need to replicate the above functionality without having the desktop/windows dependency i.e using Rumbas web version if available.
From our research, we found that there are multiple products who might provide some or the other feature.
Hence can you please let us know which product can suffice most of the above requirements
Some features we think the web appilcation should possess are:
1. Conect to AS-400 system (session)
2. Connect directly to system (without end-user entering connection details)
3. Passing parameters to the AS400
Any assistance will be highly appriciated.
