A standalone Rumba package is not provided with Enterprise Developer.  If a problem is being encountered with the Rumba installation, please contact Customer Support and open a case.  If additional licenses for Rumba+ Desktop are under maintenance, the Rumba+ installation package can be obtained from the Software Licenses and Downloads portal – sld.microfocus.com.
