When I use the Rumba Transfer Receive feature to download mainframe files, I get a File Transfer Error of "Bad Host Block Sequence" and the PC file is empty. How do I resolve this?

File transfer error: Bad host block sequence.
Problem
The host reported an erroneous block sequence number during a buffered mode file transfer. This is probably due to a faulty network connection or data packet transmission.
Resolution
Run the file transfer again. If the problem persists, please contact Micro Focus SupportLine..
