Running Rumba 9.5 on Window 7 Professional. Occasionally get "<Session Name> experienced a critical error and had to be shut down..." The system had a Rumba 7.5 previouslly loaded. Is this similar to the Rumba 8.0 issue running on Windows 7 requiring a Registry Fix.

Hi Brian,

this would appear on the surface to be a different issue. The one you refer to was causing the WDDspPag.exe to exit at launch time. You appear to be encountering problem after the terminal session have been launch and the use has been using it for some time.

I would recommend that you open a ticket with Supportline (via the web Supportline or via email Supportline@microfocus.com).

Technical Support will need details on the type of host which you are connecting to, whether you have Service Pack 1 installed and the circumstances around when the issue occurs? e.g. When I run a script, if I navigate to this the screen, when I do a copy/paste operation, on attempting a screen print, etc. etc.
