Problem:

Shift Esc is not working in Rumba AS/400 display session anymore. No changes have been made to the keyboard mapping or on the iSeries system.

Resolution:

This problem is caused by a process called privacyiconclient.exe preventing the Shift Esc to reach to Rumba.  Please execute the following steps in order to resolve the issue:

•            launch the Task Manager.

•            Click the Processes tab.

•            Select the process "privacyiconclient.exe"  and click the End Process button,

•            A warning dialog box will appear, Click the End Process button in the Windows Task Manager warning window.

•            Close the Task Manager window.

You should now  be able to use Shift Esc key in Rumba.
