Problem:
Square boxes are being printed instead of vertical and horizontal lines when printing or previewing a UNIX host screen.
Resolution:
By default, Include Formatting option is enabled or checked in a UNIX host display session. This option reduces the size of the print file. You need to clear or disable this option in order for the lines to appear properly. Disabling this option removes all print codes and turns off the underlining, hidden fields, italics, and bold formatting.
To disable this option:
1. Launch a Rumba UNIX display session.
2. Click File, and then click Print.
3. In the General tab, uncheck Include Formatting option.
4. Click OK to print and exit, or click Accept to save settings and exit without printing.
5. Now you should be able to see the correct lines when printing or previewing the host screen.
