Hello Community, our shop currently is using Attachmate Extra for getting to the mainframe, and we plan to migrate to Reflection v16.2 in the coming months. I'm hoping someone out there can answer the following question(s):
question: In Attachmate Extra, under the Tools Menu, there is 'Status' option that reveals an audit log. Without starting a trace, is this Status audit log available in Reflection?
rookie question #2: Our desktop engineers here reportedly set me up with an account to open tickets/cases with tech support for Reflection. But what Microfocus sent was the url //support.attachmate.com/mysupport.html
I do not see Reflection as a product among their choices, only Attachmate & others. Do you open Reflection cases under Attachmate or does Reflection tech support have their own dedicated url?
