Support for Elliptic Curve key exchange algorithms with SSH connections.

Resolution
Support for the following Elliptic Curve key exchange algorithms were added to the products listed above, for use with SSH connections:
        1. ECDH SHA2 P256 (ECDH-SHA2-NISTP256)
        2. ECDH SHA2 P384 (ECDH-SHA2-NISTP384) 
        3. ECDH SHA2 P521 (ECDH-SHA2-NISTP521)
