The Installation Customization Toolkit (ICT) is opened using the "setup /admin" command line and can be used to create custom transforms and make edits to the setup.ini file to be used when setup.exe is run. There is a problem where if a key beginning with an upper-case letter is in the [RunPrograms] section of the setup.ini, the key is not recognized and run.
A program scheduled to run before the installation of the Reflection or InfoConnect Desktop software via setup.exe will instead run after the installation is complete.
This issue will typically occur if a user has manually modified the setup.ini file, whereas the ICT will always save the correct entries in the proper case in the setup.ini file.
