We are upgrading our iseries from V5R4 to V6R1. We have a application (Highjump scanning) that uses Rumba 2000 V6.0 to connect and pass data to the iSeries (I believe through ODBC connections). Are there any known issues that we should be aware of? Is anyone else using Rumba V6.0 on the iSeries V6 and above?

V6R1 released in January 2008, and is out of mainstream support, see: http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/History_of_OS/400
Rumba 6.0 released some time prior to 2002 and has been unsupported for many years.
While I'm not aware of any specific issues, I would highly recommend that at minimum you upgrade to a supported version of Rumba (the current release is 9.4.1) and consider upgrading your AS400 to a supported released of OS.
If you continue on the path you are on, you will be rather isolated in terms of getting any assistance either from Micro Focus or IBM (or Microsoft as Rumba 6.0 was never tested on any currently supported Microsoft operating system).
