I have a user that is being timed out after non use for about 15 min. Usually this is ok but when she goes back in to her Extra Session Ver. 9.3 to log back in it doesn't allow her too because the Mainframe thinks her account is already logged in and won't allow her access. Is there a setting in this version which would allow her to keep her session open without timing out?

Many companies arrange mainframe access purposely so that users are disconnected after a period of inactivity with the terminal session. This interval is configurable, but it is a security measure that administrators usually don't want disabled. If users are unable to log back in after the mainframe disconnects them following a timeout such as this, it is a matter that must be taken up with the mainframe systems programming staff. :)
