We have a user that gets this message after clicking on either 

Mail Recipient 

Mail Recipient ( as Attachment)

This feature is working for me without a problem. 

We appear to be on the same edition of Rocket and Outlook. We are both using Outlook outside of Microsoft Sharepoint as well. 

Hi Michael,

Could you please check the version of outlook? If your outlook is 64bit, we recommend you use RTE Desktop Edition 64bit as well.
