You may encounter the following error message when you attempt to launch Distribution package utility provided with Web-to-Host version 6.5.:

w2hdistributionpackager.exe - Unable to locate component error. The application has failed to start because mfc100.dll failed to start. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

This issue is caused by missing Microsoft Visual C 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) pre-requisite.
