Environment
Reflection Desktop 16.0 and higher
Situation
When accessing some websites, the "Your browser is not supported" message dialog can appear in a Reflection Desktop web session.
Resolution
This message dialog is coming from the embedded .NET browser control within the Reflection Desktop web session, which is based on Microsoft Internet Explorer. Many websites are now blocking the deprecated Internet Explorer browser, resulting in this message.
As a solution, use a different browser to access the website, such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
A future release of Reflection Desktop will contain an updated .NET browser control based on the Microsoft Edge browser and will work with sites which block Internet Explorer.
