Problem:

During batch compiles  a 197 error is returned - The file referenced is inoc.gnt.

Resolution:

This error originates from the license manager trying to display "no licenses available" with no tty devices available for output.

User can utilize the  LMFWAIT environment variable in order allow for licenses to properly checked back in to the license manager
