'EXTSM' rts 114 on internal sort

hi,

I have this error:

Execution error : file 'EXTSM'

error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0

114     Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

The version of rts is Server Express 5.1.00, and this error is generated from cobol program with internal sort.

What can i do?
