(a). Adding a New Task to a Line Item:

• Double-click the?the relevant Item (e.g. Inventory Optimization System)
• In the "Take Action" section, select "Add a new Task:"

Complete the Task details as required.

Note: In this example, user admin is logged in, and assigns the task to user Carl CIO:

• To view this Task (and any other Tasks created),right-click on the Item, and choose "Work Breakdown Structure:"
