Problem:
When running a Dialog System application built with the ANIM compiler directive and deployed under Application Server, the following error message might possibly be encountered in some circumstances:
DSDEBUG-0113
Error message file mot found
Error number = 0113
Group tag name = DSDEBUG
Group set number = 0027
The title of the error message dialog box would be "NLS Text Failure".
Resolution:
In this case, rebuild the application without the ANIM directive and redeploy it.
