An executable that is built with Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 6 (5.106.0079) or Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 7 (5.107.0047) fails to run on Server 5.1 with the following error message:

"Entry point _codeset could not be located in the dynamic link library cblrtss.dll"

This error usually occurs when running an executable that was built with Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 6 or Net Express 5.1 WrapPack 7 on Server 5.1 that does not have the same or more recent WrapPack level.

You will need to upgrade your Server 5.1 to the same wrappack level that was used to compile the executable.
