ASLM Semaphore failure on a development PC

Problem:

Using Net Express 4.0 and receiving the message:

ASLM: Semaphore failure

ASLM: errno 1002

on the Net Express development PC.

Resolution:

The environment variable COBDIR must point to the actual Net Express\\base\\bin directory and may point additionally to further directories like DialogSystem.

Please ensure that COBDIR does not point to an older version of Net Express:

Open a Net Express Command Prompt, enter

> set COBDIR

to verify that COBDIR has a correct value.
