Problem:

Can you retain breakpoints using CBL_DEBUGBREAK outside the Net Express project, especially in a IBM TX Series CICS environment?

Resolution:

In Net Express IDE the breakpoints are held in the project, so it's not possible to retain them when using CBL_DEBUGBREAK.

Furthermore, there's no way of retaining breakpoints outside of Net Express projects, using CBL_DEBUGBREAK in an CICS environment.
