Problem:
If you are migrating an old COBOL Workbench application to Net Express that uses SCREENS, you will not initially be able to edit the screen definition files. you will be able to run the application successfully.
Resolution:
You must use Net Express 4.0, and ensure that the Classic Tools Addpack (filename mct00n40.exe) is applied from the Micro Foucs SupportLine web site.
