Problem:
Customer is using Net Express 3.1 and cannot find any documentation for the CBL_ library routines.
Resolution:
Go to the SupportLine web site, http://supportline.microfocus.com. Then log on, under the Self-Service section go to the Patches & Fixes or Product Update section. On that page find the Net Express v3.1 Service Pack 1 section. The documentation update will be found on that page.
