Problem:

The following error occurs after supplying a valid Serial Number and License Key in Apptrack:

You cannot have standard & transaction licenses installed together

Resolution:

You need to review the licenses that are already installed by pressing 1 from the main menu of Apptrack.

This error usually occurs when you have previously installed a Developer License that is usually identified with a serial number, such as NXDEVAS5WINDEVSERV50, etc. If this is the case, you will need to uninstall it, and then you will be able to install your permanent licenses.

If the other serial number is not a Developer License, then you will need to contact your sales rep to determine, which serial number and license type you should use to run your applications.
