Problem:

CCITC32-0034E CCITCP could not find an 'mfcobol' port in the 'services' file.

Resolution:

You can manually add the entry into the services file; located in the Windows\\system32\\drivers\\etc directory; as

mfcobol            86/udp    

within  the correct numerical location within the file or you can use CCIINST.EXE which is located in the Bin directory of application server for Net Express, or Net Express development \\base \\bin directory.
