Problem:
When we try to run our application on the Net Express development machine we get the following error:
ASLM: Semaphore failure.
ASLM: Errno 1000
Why is this?
Resolution:
This indicates that the Net Express runtime license cannot be found. On the development machine please ensure that your application is linked with the dynamic option and/or that PATH/COBDIR are set to point to the location of Net Express.
