Problem:

Net Express 4.0

Client  found that when compiling a COBOL program in Vistual Studio they got the  the following error(s):

Failed to find the system program EXTSM

Failed to find the system program EXTFH

Resolution:

Net Express was installed first.  Then the latest wrappack for Net Express was installed.  Then Net Express with .NET was installed from the installation CD.  

Applying the latest wrappack for Net Express with .NET fixed the problem.
