This article explains how to configure the location where target build files are created.

Problem:

By default when you build a project the int/gnt/exe/dll target files are created in the debug or release folders in the project directory. Is it possible to override this option?

Resolution:

This is configurable in the Build Types. On the main Net Express menu you use the Project / Types of build menu option. This allows you to override the directory specified.
