Applying websync and get message that dsc00nxx (xx would be version of product) cannot be applied.

Resolution:

The dialog character component goes with the unix option -

The reason the dsy update did not apply is the unix option was not installed.

Put the cd in and install the unix option if there is the need to apply this Dialog Character component.
