Problem:

CTRL C and CTRL Break do not cause a loop to break from a character based application.

Resolution:

This problem has been identified in the base version of Net Express 5.0, and it cannot be reproduced in Net Express 5.0 WrapPack 4 or in Net Express 5.1. The resolution to this problem is then to apply WrapPack 4 or the latest WrapPack of Net Express 5.0 or upgrade to Net Express 5.1.
