[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Micro Focus\\NetExpress\\3.1\\COBOL\\3.1\\Config]
"core_on_error"=dword:00000002
These values are documented as in documentation.microfocus.com:8080/.../index.jsp

But what about
"debug_on_error"=dword:00000080
In documentation it only has value 0 or 1 but on my system it has 128?
