What type of an application is this, graphical or console?
Does the cursor appear when showing the application's interface?
Does this occur on all programs? Have you tried debugging one of the sample programs, for example?
How are you starting the debugger, from the IDE-->Start Debugging or dynamically like CBL_DEBUGBREAK?

Can you provide more info on what you mean by "debugger cursor not coming?" Does it appear and then disappear or does it never appear, etc.?

Does the cursor appear when showing the application's interface? No earlier it was showing the cursor but since 3 days it is disappeared.

Does this occur on all programs? Have you tried debugging one of the sample programs, for example? Yes the problem occurs for all programs.

How are you starting the debugger, from the IDE-->Start Debugging or dynamically like CBL_DEBUGBREAK? Through IDE Start Animating.

While animating the initial cursor is not coming. I am getting  message as call perform/Stack is not availabe for execution.
