DELETE FILE statement deletes .IDX part erratically

Problem:

How to specify which program you want to run first in a .NET project

Resolution:

1)  Right click on the project in solution explorer

2)  Go to Properties

3)  Under Common Properties | General, fill in the Entry Name text box with the program you want to run first (do not include the extension)
