These are additional workspace backdrop bitmap files which can be optionally used within the IDE.

cobolrocks16.bmp "COBOL Rocks" workspace backdrop with 16 colors
cobolrocks256.bmp "COBOL Rocks" workspace backdrop with 256 colors
REQUIREMENTS:

Net Express v3.1 or v4.0
OPERATION:
========
To use one of these with Net Express:
1. Unzip and copy the files to the x:\\Net Express\\Base\\Bin directory (or the directory of your choosing) - Select "Customize IDE" from the "Options" Net Express menu option on the main menu
2. Select the "Workspace" tab
3. In the "Workspace backdrop" box, check the box "Display the workspace backdrop"
4. In the "Workspace backdrop" box, select the .bmp you want to use, in the bitmaps field
5. Click on Apply
6. You are all set!
