This article describes what you can do if an error occurs when attempting to run a program with the Server Express run-time.

Problem:

An executable file cannot be run using Server Express; a load failure caused by a missing shared library is reported.

Resolution:

The dependency on library liboops.2.0.so indicates that this executable was built using Object COBOL Developer Suite. Recompiling/rebuilding the executable file under Server Express will resolve the error.
