Resolution:
A Dsrun error 19 means that an attempt has been made to use a ds-use-set call but the screenset-id in ds-set-name has not been found on the screenset stack.
Alternatively, an attempt has been made to use a ds-use-instance-set call but the screenset-id and screenset instance specified in ds-set-name and ds-screenset-instance has not been found on the screenset stack.
