SOURCE CODE IS ON A NETWORK DRIVE. CUSTOMER HAS CHECKED ALL RIGHTS AND CUSTOMER HAS FULL ACCESS TO THE FILES. CUSTOMER IS ABLE TO USE EXPLORER TO READ THE FOLDER AND THE SOURCE.
Resolution:
Close down Net Express IDE.
Check the DEBUG and RELEASE folders and any other place where programs are compiled.
Look for any files where the extension of the filename starts with .$$
If any files with this extension are found, then delete them.
Now, start Net Express IDE and edit your file and the EDIT 147 should not appear.
