Problem:
MFXDBC utility fails to add xfd file to syscat.
When a command-line like this is executed:
mfdbcutil -d "C:\\Program Files\\Micro Focus\\Server 5.1\\systemCatalog" -x "C:\\XFD" -a myfile
This error is generated:
Error: A4ParseXFD failed opening file 'myfile'

Resolution:
Upgrade to the latest releases of MFXDBC:
- Server Express 5.1 Wrap Pack 5
- Net Express 5.1
The new release XDBC 2.0 will be available at the end of June 2011.
