Problem:
Error code 119 on EXTSM when calling subroutines that do a SORT
Resolution:
Release: 3.0 Do not link in the system programs on the DLLs (advanced link option). Instead link in the system programs on the main EXE and add EXTSM.OBJ as an additional object (advanced link option again.
