Problem:
Error Installing Net Express Service Pack on file MFNXCL31.chm
When installing SVP00N31.exe onto a Net Express 3.1 install it is possible for it to fail on the file MFNXCL31.chm.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue rename the MFNXCL31.chm file in the original Net Express install directory and try to install the Service Pack again.
