Problem:

Error when registering a COM Server created using Interface Mapping Toolkit. File not found.

Resolution:

This error can occur as the COM DLL is dependant on the comservices.dll that resides in the base\\bin where you installed Net Express.

If you add base\\bin to your path then the DLL will register correctly.
