When compiling your application you receive a 114 error:

Executon error : file 'pic4mat'
eror code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
114 error message text not found(Signal 11)

This error is given on applications which were compiled using Net Express 4.0 or previous versions. You will need to upgrade your development environment to version later than 4.0 and recompile your application (preferably the latest version of Net Express).
